Absolutely love these. Soy sauce dishes that reveal a hidden picture when you put soy sauce in. There's even a baby Doge one! 😁

I am completely shilling for my brother in law here.
He is a HUGE board game fanatic, and launched his Kickstarter a few days ago.
(If this isn't allowed, no worries)
He has made a fabulous board game set in Ancient Mesopotamia, his field of expertise. Its gotten great reviews from the people that played the prototype, and it's a great way to learn about the Akkadian Empire, as every detail from the map to the knuckle bones you roll is informed by its history.
Anyhow it's here if it tickles your fancy:

Japan-based Kirin Holdings unveiled a new electric spoon at CES 2025 that enhances the saltiness of food.
spoon uses a mild electric current to concentrate sodium ions, boosting the umami and salt flavor of low-sodium foods without adding extra salt. It increases saltiness by 1.5 times.
The spoon offers four intensity levels to customize the taste experience. Made of plastic and metal, it weighs just 60g and is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery.
Launched in Japan in 2024 for around $127, Kirin plans to expand global sales in the future.

I love the comment which said:
"It's like a Waterpark, but for eggs!" 😁
Using a plastic milk/water/etc bottle seems far easier
Or your hands.
The tiniest amount of yolk in the albumen would stop it from becoming meringue because of the fat in it.
I'll stick to the bottle
The slotted spoon method seems best in the video above. Also using the egg shells if you don't have a slotted spoon is clever too.
Isn't..... Isn't a slotted spoon…. A fork?
A fork has stabby bits sticking out, a slotted spoon has no stabby bits sticking out!
At least that's my logic. 🤣
This is a slotted spoon:
and, in case you were curious, this is a spork.
Good ones!
