at the top of the screen on your app you should see a coin icon with the nunber of points, tap on that and then you can exchange coins for whatever takes your fancy
”won” 25% off fin carre on the spin thingy so nothing too exciting, good if there is no min spend though (i hope)
Can you send a screenshot? I can't see it either
Unless it's only specific shops?
yes it’s specific shops only
That used to be 30% off fin carre on the old scratchcards - no min spend and max 15 items
Spent a euro instore, no wheel
I've nothing on my app, treat offers empty
treats are not really used anymore like they used to be, all offers on the Lidl plus scheme are under the offers icon
Peanut butter is good this weeks
no Dublin shops
And christmas stock reductions, yet?
Chocolate santas now 99c - big deal given theywere 2 for €3!
Roses still 4.50 a tub and elite biscuit pouches increased back up to €5 🤨
I shop in a Lidl thats allows you to collect points and they build really quickly. If you are in a store thats not on that list, can you still scan the converted points voucher for the free item, or does not work at all?
Worth a try actually, but I'd say it will work. It's an activated coupon, more than likely an "inactive points" store it just doesn't accumulate points for you.
Was good while it lasted
Good decision, a business cannot keep giving away endless freebies.
You hate to be right. I was saying the no parkrun codes over Christmas would be the perfect time for them to end it.
I couldn't keep going for one free item and end up buying five. Thanks Lidl for helping with one of my New Years resolution. Staying away from supermarkets and eating less. 😂😂🤣
why not? Look at their profit…
Either way, this coupled with **** scratch card offers means I will change my “go to” supermarket now to Aldi and/or Dunnes. Well even Tesco looks more appealing now
We'd be better off if Lidl dumped the app, and just focused on lower prices
Dump the app and pay their staff more and get more staff to make the stores look less like *holes and actually restock things and relabel things and have enough tills etc.
In fairness, their staff are the best paid supermarket staff in the country and they and Aldi have the quickest flow through at the tills (as long as some idiot in front of you doesn't try to pack their bags at the till and hold everything up).
Spin the wheel really loves the Fin Carre vouchers, it's all I seem to get 🙄
On an unrelated note I really wish Lidl would put some effort in to their off licence section, it's absolutely pathetic compared to the selection available in Aldi.
best paid staff of all the supermarkets
Well parkrun thanks for some great freebies ! Loss for lidl I am sure !
That's because we've all had too much chocolate over Christmas, so we won't use the discount. Lidl know what they're doing.
I got snacktastic or snackrite whatever the brand of taytos is for my spin.
I think they like to give you the same thing over and over for the hell of it.
they should really just forget this app- fries reduced from 1.79 to 1.75 haha, had to check twice :)
Am I right in thinking the wording of this is a bit confusing (or deceiving)?
Yeah, it looks like you are getting 2 for 70c, but I assume you are paying 1.40 for the first one and getting the second free.
On another note, For the 3 for 2 sandwich stuff, if you want to maximize it, make sure you don't buy cheaper stuff like bread at the same time as expensive stuff like cheese as they will give you the cheapest thing free. (Obviously only if you are buying 3 of the more expensive things anyways)
