Bresser have ones, but to get into home assistant you have to go though an online service.
Or build your own wireless receiver to pick up the signal.
I use the Ecowitt ones also, the local integration is great.

i don't have the home thing.
Bought ecowitt from froggit.de. good selection of options. The wittboy is the most reliable so far, with no moving parts, I don't have to get on the roof as often, if at all. Easy to set up on WiFi and share the outside measurements
The app gives you access to all the other stations, which are many.
I do need to get a new one...
Put it too close to the fence and a cow ate the anemometer 😂 but that's on me, cattle do what cattle do 😂

I've bought other sensors direct from ecowitt on AliExpress and they all worked seamlessly
Recommend getting an SDR and scan the 433/868Mhz bands before purchasing. You might be able to pick up a neighbours weather station like I can.

Yes, is on the more expensive side, but mine has already paid for itself since you earn tokens for keeping your station online. Of course the token could go to zero so no guarantee like anything in the crypto world.

I had this one. The problem is all the sensors have moving parts. The spiders move into the rain gauge, the wind speed and direction indicators rust. If you can site it somewhere you can access easily to clean it. It is not bad, just a faff for me when sited on the roof.

@Jonathan whst are you using for SDR? I am interested in setting up an ADS-B receiver but also be keen to get any other data like AIS if possible
I have a Nooelec RTL-SDR v5 and a 1090Mhz antenna in the attic connected to RPi4 running adsb.im feeding all the main sites (which gets me premium/business membership). Range is about 70-80 nautical miles, which isn't bad considering it is mounted indoors. I'm less than 3nm from EIDW so I have good coverage of the flight paths and ground ops.
Would recommend adding additional heatsinks if you're considering a permanent setup, the radios get hot! Never explored AIS data but I have a second radio for tinkering around. I'll do a scan over the next few days and see what I can pick up. Where abouts are you based?
Can I ask what people use the weather stations for? I'm not being smart, I just don't know.
I'm in Dublin so can get temperature, pressure and humidity from a close (Dublin City Council) location via World Air Quality Index (WAQI). And you can see that in Home Assiatant too. And Met Eireann based on your location.
