I wonder how this will work out for him

Your last few posts confirm you have not read anything but the headlines concerning this case.
Go educate yourself and come back to us.
The chances of the Burkes ever paying the legal costs awarded against them are slim to none. You can be sure that the legal people acting against them are painfully aware of this.
Yeah, thanks for reconfirming my original assertion for us all.
"Us all" being you and a couple of other trolls?
You can tell your assertions to my ignore list.
Mod Edit: Warned for uncivil posting
Can I indeed. (I'd have another go at that sentence)
I'll add yours to the "People still don't understand the facts" list as evidenced.
The legal system, period is making a killing. Why do you think there's so much back and forth?
No, they may be forced to sell it, but it’ll take 5”6 or 7 years of court and other shite before it’s seriously considered.
From what I’ve seen of them, Enoch Burke is a clown and his family are clowns.
I don’t believe in mandating pronouns and I would defend my own right not to engage with specific pronouns if I didn’t want to, that’s because I don’t believe in forced speech. For example, I think all religions are completely ridiculous, I don’t go around saying that very often but I’ll be the first to speak up if someone told me I had to legitimise any given religion.
The reality of it for me is that I don’t really care what people want to be called and would likely treat using their preferred pronoun(s) as a sign of respect toward them, because that’s what people who aren’t assholes do. Just be kind to people!
Being respectful to someone doesn’t mean I agree with them or their views
However, that does not mean that I believe a transgender woman is actually a woman or a transgender man is actually a man (I don’t).
I care far more about someone without any professional qualifications wanting to be called doctor or some such nonsense than I do about pronouns. The Burke family just need to get on with their fuck1ng life!
Life can be hard enough as it is for people without drawing this kind of ire upon themselves.
They won't be forced to sell anything. They are not responsible for their son's fines
The thing that a lot of people have missed is that the individual at the centre of this debacle was not even in Enoch Burkes class(es). As far as I am aware he had no dealings with them.
In the grand scheme of things it's frankly a bizarre hill to die on.
I interpreted the post I replied to as inferring that if someone lost a legal case and owed money then they'd never have to sell their house to pay the judgement.
I was clarifying that they may ultimately have to sell property to pay the judgement.
I understand th8at the parents probably own the house and the son doesn't i.e. the sons debts are not those of the parents.
I imagine his mainly US supporters will probably end up footing the bill, which is some consolation to the Irish Taxpayer I guess.
Although, there is of course the bigger question of what value one would put on this whole circus that has been going on for 2 years now.
My original post about the Sherriff or Bailiffs calling to clean the Burkes out was said tongue in cheek really because I would love to see them actually paying for the fines the court has issued them and I know the parents are not accountable for fines issued to their grown children.
I wonder has Enoch been "moving on" his wages since this started?
Employees who win their case are almost never reinstated.
The employer-employee relationship has irretrievably broken down.
His deliberate victimisation of a vulnerable pupil makes him entirely unfit to teach anywhere.
He has essentially rendered himself unemployable like some of his siblings. it’s beyond stupid to waste education like that. Too young to have destroyed their own lives, the mother and father are beyond that now so won’t be affected in the long run but anyone getting a CV with a Burke name and a biblical first name will just drop it in the bin
There's not a chance of any of these supporters footing the bill. They'll make sure that their support goes to others in the family so there's no chance of it being seized. They're not stupid.
Thank the good lord(hehe) for attachment orders to people's salaries and welfare so they won't have a choice not to pay
How do you know he has US supporters? Let alone send over money...
We don't.
It has often been suggested but never proven.
It hasn't happened yet. It should have.
Say there’s actually a good chance he won’t be there for the very reason the Dad isn’t there to give him a lift.
By the time the attachment order lands, he won't have any salary. A judge is unlikely to attach most or all of any welfare income, so it would take several lifetimes to clear off the debts.
Mammy has been photographed behind the wheel of a red vehicle exiting the grounds at WHS, when she picked him up one day to attend court.
So it's likely that if not she, then maybe one of the sibs will take up Daddy's mantel.
Simeon has nothing to do, maybe he can do it. Or maybe he'll take up Daddy's place in the bookshop.
Another video of the Burkes accosting people in public - this time it's a Catholic Bishop!
See link below for more details and video, if you can bear to listen… 🙉
Would any of the siblings have a licence if Enoch doesn't drive?
A drivers licence provides opportunities for freedom in rural Ireland - not being able to drive means you are more reliant on somebody else such as mammy and daddy.
It's just an excuse to experience genital vibrations over speedbumps. We shouldn't be exposing our kids to such sexualisation.
Oh I'd assume they do. Given the amount of wandering around the country they do. Here is the pic of Mammy behind the wheel..
Can't bear to listen, but there are a couple of interesting bits in that article
First is the obvious 'dog ate my homework' lie claiming that the family were only in that filling station for a cup of tea, when they've obviously be stalking the bishop all around Cavan for the opportunity for a new vid.
Second is this; "The exchange with Bishop Hayes occurred in the same week as a disciplinary appeals panel (DAP) sat to consider Burke’s dismissal from his teaching post."
Yes, I picked up on the second point too. Interesting, if its accurate.
But as its dated the 17th, it might refer to EBs case that was before the CoA on the 12th?
Also the lie that Enoch is being denied his religious rights.
