There needs to be some thought as to whether someone could be found in contempt for being an accessory to another person's contempt.
If someone repeatedly assists another person to break a court order are they themselves in contempt or would it require a second order directing them not to assist the first person?

Shouting and ranting at the school gate about "transgender ideology" is a danger to any child in the vicinity. Actual physical harm is a possibility too. His father is in prison for assault, his brother was charged for brawling in court, his ma and sister have been know to get into melee's. They are a family of psychotic loons, they shouldn't be let near any child.

They do it in and outside the courts, there's always journalists outside there. They've done it a lot in the past outside the Dail, ditto.

He's not allowed teach anywhere and shouldn't be. He dragged a vulnerable pupil into his family's nutbar behaviour, which would be a disgrace for anyone but doubly so for a teacher. The Teaching Council will no doubt eventually get around to striking him off.
The Aran Islands aren't a prison, WHS are still paying him, so there's nothing (apart from the court order, which he shows no regard to) stopping him from going to WHS again.

But as far as I can see the school entertained the pupils illusion by falling for the lie that the pupil was born in the wrong body (as per gender ideology), the school then affirmed the new "gender identity" as the pupil wished to become (they/them), but Burke said no, I'm not buying into the lie ….

While I fully support him on this stance against the ideology, it's what he then embarked on (standing at the gates etc) that lost him my support, as he fell foul of the law.
