TV above the fireplace! common as muck.
And the wires for it running down the wall!!!!
pic 31 has to be the most pretentious shower unit ever!
That's hideous, the check carpet reminds me of the glittery gold legs house.
I presume this is not a aviary room, with built in bird cages?
you quite clearly don’t have a sauna in your house so peasant 😄
I don't know I'd love to own that house. Nice garden too.
They obviously pay for a cleaner or two maybe a few times a week as it's spotless.
Are there 2 snooker tables?
The 4-poster shower is gas.
Yes, watching the video. The first is in the downstairs bar, the second is in the attic beside the cinema room. BTW there appears to be a second bar counter in the attic as well.
Love the exterior and the grounds. Hate the interior.
Tartan carpet never looks good.
Two good friends of mine live in there, they are always ready with a kind bark whenever I cycle by.
The landscape photo just misses the motorway in the back garden, but it's sunken, so not a significant noise issue.
Posh is having a second set of gates between the outer (roadside) perimeter and the inner family garden.
I'd swop my gaff for it if they leave the madraí.
No. There's a pool table in a bar area and a snooker table in one of the attics.
I’m sure it’s just where the photographer stood but some things look off centre a bit, like the front door in relation to the gate railings, the pool table next to the bar or the sofa & the desk. If they do have to be off centre rather than choice or angle, I’d find that challenging. Otherwise, I quite like the house & garden.
I would love to know what is going on here.
We are informed that the property is subject to a number of tenancies, the last total rents quoted to The Vendor as of November 2023 were equivalent to €139,000 per annum, however, The Vendor is not currently in receipt of rents and therefore that figure is subject to change, the above rental figure is provided for indicative purposes only.

😮
Subdivided into four own-door properties, total of 10 bedrooms??
Sounds like a case of modern-day slavery.
It was the "vendor is not currently in receipt of rents" i was referring to.
I'd say the tenants were given notice to vacate, they refused and stopped paying rent.
A nightmare for a new owner to take on.
Not sure i would to buy somebody else's mess.
https://www.daft.ie/for-sale/detached-house-lahernahone-ballyconnell-co-cavan/5391394 great value- needs a bit of finishing
D1 seems kind of low for a new house. The gate that you just have to drive a bit up to avoid is kind of funny. Notions, my granny would have said.
You would not build a 4,000 sq. ft house for that anyway. Good value compared to here in Dublin where I have seen much smaller, older, run down places go for more.
love to see inside this place :
Knockreagh, Maurices Mills, Ennistymon, Co. Clare is for sale on Daft.ie
the mist in photo 2 ties into the cabin in the woods theme
You can hear the banjos playing in the background on this one.
That TV in pic # 9 not being level would drive my OCD mad!
Your ocd can’t be too bad if you didn’t noticed the picture in the left is also crooked and there’s a desk lamp on the floor!
Is there anything to be said for another Parochial house?
https://www.myhome.ie/residential/brochure/parochial-house-killina-rahan-tullamore-offaly/4893102
That was posted already.
That has tonnes of potential to be beautiful. But you'd need deep pockets.
how is this allowed? This is a two bed, as evidenced by the drawing, but it is being advertised as a 3 bed and in the ad it refers to the attic having been converted (with a bathroom, no less). No stairs and no windows in the roof, so can't be fire or planning compliant.
Agent should be strung up for even letting this be advertised. Looks like they cut and pasted the blurb from another property.

They don't even show the third bedroom or even the stairs.
