New Munster chat thread folks. warning deserved there. https://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=109477571#post109477571
Well that was really poor performance, disjointed, inaccurate, and some fairly significant individual errors
That kick was a microcosm of Munster's and Crowley's performance tonight. All effort and intent but no accuracy.
Castres had three YC. Munster still couldn't beat them. It's a terrible result.
That was awful. Crowley not doing himself any favours in the battle for the green 10 jersey
why not give it to scannell ffs? he has (or at least had anyway) a monster boot and has won games in this situation in the past
Fitting end to a dreadful performance
BP loss not a bad result down there but awful performance.
Cant say we deserved to win tbf.
Awful from crowley. Rubbish
well that sums it all up
Oh christ
Oh dear.
Why are archer and scannell back on?
Castres tempting fate not taking the points.
THat Munster haven't had a YC is a joke from Ridley.
Jager in at LH
Fair bit of overrunning as well as just bad passing/handling.
Fourth or fifth forward pass today. Ball handling skills of every province have been so poor this season.
some amount of forward passes in the game
Castres have to go for the points. But considering how awful they've been from the tee even this relatively simple kick isn't a gimme.
Killer has been getting minced all day but I think their TH has hinged there
scrum getting devoured - gonna go to the wire
This is absolutely prime Munster-Castres at this point.
Hodnett has been excellent, our best player tonight imo.
Unbelievably Munster are winning this. !!!!!!!!
Hodnett has been very good, did well to get over there.
Sorry, I should have posted the link for you, coincidently I read that article minutes before I saw your post.
https://www.rte.ie/sport/rugby/2024/1213/1486394-clubs-on-alert-after-jones-released-from-rfu-contract/
And hodnett comes to the rescue again
Need territory and some more composure in Castres 22 and they can win this.
Lads the injuries. It's so exhausting at this point
