Did either of you buy a slab of 18 cans of coke by any chance? (There were the normal ones there with plastic wrapping and another was paper cardboard type (with christmas image on the packaging). I took the latter, not sure if they have different barcode or not.
Although it was advertised as Non Reward price for a slab as €18, what came up on the receipt is €16.75.. meaning buying 2 didn't get me past the €35 threshold. I said it to the customer service that it is wrong but she kept on saying yeah you got the real reward price.. I told her the non reward price should be €18 and she looked at me like I have two heads.. Anyway, I didn't have the energy to argue with her.
yea I spotted that alright in shop but knew the actual price was 14.50 (before deposits) because that was what was on website…
Happy Halloween!
3-6 nov
Bayside does! Have used them for weeks.
I have 5 off 35 and 7 off 40 vouchers for SV expiring Wednesday if anyone’s wants them.
8 cans of Rockshore 4% was 12.65 in super valu. That's 1.58 per 500ml can. Cheapest by far I've seen with minimum pricing.
(Dutch mould is 1.25 per can but they're 440ml @3.5% at it tastes worse than a skunks ass)
Carling (which is much nicer than Rockshore imo) and Molson are often on sale at MUP as well.
Happy November!
Still no popcorn..
They’ve not had the protein powder in their offers for a good few weeks now.
Used to always stock up.
indie nutrition is the place to go
Anybody doing the Turkey Tokens thing?
Very vague offers this week.
Last lot of November!
Thanks as always @freshpopcorn however terrible offers from Supervalu in the lead up to xmas, very disappointing
The Faustino 1 red wine they have on offer for €15 is a steal.
Beautiful wine, can't remember the last time it was under €20.
Happily would have bought a few for €20 each last week (bargain!) but was on foot so too much to carry. Back in on Friday to find it reduced to €15. Happy days. Lovely wine.
Happy December!
Whiskey time.
2 for €7 on the Lindor is a great offer for Christmas presents, thanks 🙂
Supervalu up to their usual tricks
Switching between 15 and 12 off lager promotion
Wouldn't notice if you weren't checking
plenty of the Lindor Lindt in my Local store, bought 8 , 4 for me and four for my mam , it says quota limits but not sure what that is!
They were all gone in my local Supervalu by 6. Toblerone and Quality Street gone too.
Looks like it's only for the red Lindt too. The other flavours are 2 for €13
Bit sneaky putting in the offers for the laundry stuff but its not actually till next week, i almost got caught out
Also, anyone looking for coca cola, its 3 for €25 in tesco, so much better value
It's €8 for 18 now
Happy Christmas!
Off topic question.
I've put in my first ever order for delivery today because of the ice.
What's the etiquette as regards tipping the drivers? Are they allowed to accept or is it a done thing?
Thanks.
I would ask the question, it's a bargain alert, do we (all) really want to start spreading tipping culture through everything, like we are part of the United States.
I would prefer an answer to my question rather than a debate about tipping culture. Thanks.
