I dunno how Konate gets a game. He's slow, clumsy as anything, always puts his hands on players when they get past him, looks like he's going to fall over when he dribbles out of defence and is slow as when it comes to finding a pass forward.

The penalty I think was probably outside, but there was nothing to show it definitely was. The one replay that showed his foot close to the line meant he could not overturn. If he had given the foul as outside, was there enough to conclusively say it was inside?
