The blurb is incredible:
"superb three bedroom mid terrace family home"
"and can use some cosmetic upgrades throughout"
and the inevitable:
"blank canvas"
probably firescreens. you can see the pattern of the light falling across one of them in photo 11; not something the EA would photoshop in.
God bless the optimism of the estate agent photoshopping a fire into the hearth in this boarded up house!

Some liberties take with the saturation button - particularly noticeable in the bunch of flowers in pic 22 - but yes, lovely views. Its a bit sterile looking for me, but a very nice house.
if you scroll to near the bottom of the page, the viewing stats have shot up in the last day or so. obviously gone viral.
Oh that's absolutely gorgeous! And looks like a lovely beach on your doorstep as well.
As usual, I'd need to do something about the shiny tiles all over the ground floor, but at least they have them somewhat mitigated by nice rugs.
And I get that it's an A2 rating, but I'm not sure I could be doing with no opening windows in the summer.
I like this one, maybe some more colour

Quite a clinical finish but great potential

I was hoping for Alan Partridge's house when I read your comment!
Anyone else thinking of Jurassic Park?!?
Don't say we don't give you nice things :)

Sure if the TinFoil hat is taped on and you burn some sage I'd say the bbc wouldn't do ya too much harm
I have a list of sites I don't go on or click as all your doing is giving the scumbags extra views so they think what they are typing is a great story.
Sure if the TinFoil hat is taped on and you burn some sage I'd say the bbc wouldn't do ya too much harm 😁
That aside its a visitor centre in Aberdeen for 150k… if nothing else it would very much be the ultimate rave (insert more nasty things) room in Scotland, close enough to Edinburgh for da deviants, and close enough to Aberdeen for da money and far enough away from the local kernts.
Maybe they should have asked me to write the advert hmmmmm.
+1 for the post but I reckon it's a Roo…
Have a Kangaroo skin looks very like that!
What is it? I have a vendetta against going on any bbc websites as they are biased on a lot of topics.
Apologies if posted already but this seems like a steal for a roof (plus a lawn) over your head….

I'm viewing on mobile so the images are a bit small.
Until I zoomed in, I thought the front of that house was an insect hotel! 😳
Well if you have a nice body and want to show it off without getting into trouble. Just shower away and say sorry I didn't have time to shower earlier.
Oh yeah, the "let's watch someone shower while we eat" church conversion!
jesus they could have made a bit more effort tidying it up, making beds etc for the pics.
Another remodelled church - that spiral stairs could be tricky to negotiate after a heavy night out though….
St Bartholomews, Lynally, Tullamore, Co Offaly, R35FY61 is for sale on Daft.ie
that's probably just the finish and not the wood itself.
Probably done so they could get more space on they same foot print. They only make sense to me if it is over a cliff or hill. They also require a lot of insulation as air temperature is lower than ground during the winter and higher in the summer. You can see there is damage already on the underside with wood looking like rot might have started
It looks like one of those barn / container home conversions seen on Grand Designs.
I'm not a fan of cantilevers!
The price is not that high considering what it would get for that money in Dublin. You probably would not buy a site and build it for that either. I love all the light upstairs. It really funny how the architect / builder goes to the trouble and expense and steelwork of having the living room cantilevered out, and then the owner puts a garden shed underneath. As if to say, f*** you to modern architects. Why did you not build me storage for my shed things?
Like the ladder to clean the windows upstairs?
Apart from the price and gardens, I like that.
Thought it looked quite interesting from the outside though didn’t love it. However, it’s quite ordinary on the inside. Not sure what I expected but something a bit more exciting anyway.
Just catching up, and I was thinking I like reading the comments first sometimes, before actually looking at the houses.
Just as well there was a photo to illustrate in this case! 😁
so many rooms with so few windows..
At first glance I thought it was another church conversion. Then I saw there waas more than one.
They look more like they were built as holiday chalets, rather than permanent homes. Where do you hang out the washing, or put the bins?
Perfect for a cult, though.
