Another thing, I’ve had one knock on the door - from an independent who sad 3 words to me ( his name ) turned around & left leaving me with a flyer. I’ve had flyers from the main parties, but not one of them knocked on the door.
I get all that but it's odd that the electorate haven't a care in the world regarding climate change. The FF canvasser said that every other topic came up but nothing on climate change. And this guy was canvassing city and county.

Why is that whenever there's a storm, heavy rain/floods or a few weeks of continuous hot weather etc. it's always due to ''climate change' (It used to called WEATHER😊) Valencia in Spain for example had a major flood that killed 81 people 67 years ago (15th. October 1957) and many other floods are recorded previous to that in the area. Valencia's population has quadrupled since then so has the death rates in the recent flood.

I said nothing about rights. There is no rules or laws regarding pregnant women taking time off while being a TD because attendance isn't mandatory. A TD can do absolutely nothing for the duration of the term if they want to and still get paid.
The issue I mentioned at the start was the wisdom or lack of, to take on such an important role in an election year whilst also having a major change in your personal life. It was stupid.
