How to play

Find the secret word. You have unlimited guesses.

The words were sorted by an artificial intelligence algorithm according to how similar they were to the secret word.

After submitting a word, you will see its position. The secret word is number 1.

The algorithm analyzed thousands of texts. It uses the context in which words are used to calculate the similarity between them.

It can be quite difficult. I got it in 27 guesses today, which is the best score I've had all week. It normally takes me around 35/40 guesses.

That's some very lucky guessing :)

When you complete a game, click on the closest words button, it'll show you the closest 500 words, and maybe give you a better idea of how they are connected, for your subsequent games.

edit: Also, the red words, are great clues as to what it's not, and can be as helpful when you get a green as another green might be.
