Starting a thread for 2025 gigs as they'll likely start rolling in.
I'll arbitrarily throw in Rob Beckett playing the Olympia on the 26th September 2025 which went on sale today.
Oof! Throwing Muses for Whelan's in May!!
Would be happy for a muse show next summer, I can see A7X doing an arena tour post summer and maybe an irish show.
nah the other ones announced are about €50-60 range. Air was €70 last year. international bands like weezer are expensive
Amble playing Galway arts festival July 16th
Tickets sorted , €55 - bargain.
Just got ticks there now
Surprised but delighted they're playing Whelans
Spiritualized and Throwing Muses in the bag. Alongside Primal Scream and Supergrass that's an awful lot of oldies acts i'll be attending next spring. Don't know whether to be excited or depressed!
50 for Jane's Addiction iirc.
PIL Irish tour.
It was 60 actually, but still good value I think.
Ah absolutely thrilled with that. First time really touring since 2011. Playing Cork and Galway too.
Feck off. Excited of course. You're excited. Correct answer.
Checked what I paid this year, 60 plus fees for both Weller and Manics/Suede. So 33% increase. Must tell my employer, see if they give me the same in salary review...
Anyone have issue accessing the Spiritualized presale. I'm following the link but no access
Muse in the 3 areana was amazing last year !!! unreal…
Sabaton announced a new European tour for next year. Unfortunately Ireland given the skip again.
Try this link. I was having issues aswell so they sent me this in a seperate email

Open the link in a browser and not the Ticketmaster app and it works
Borderline Festival coming back to the Workman's Club on Feb 21-22. I was at this last year and it was great, discovered loads of new band including Fat Dog, Maruja, Cardinals, Lambrini Girls. I can't say I'm familiar with the lineup for next year but I'm looking forward to checking it out. Would highly recommend.
Wow, I didn't realise that lot were all there last year. That's an impressive list.
The 20e early bird tickets for the weekend seem like great value too
Yep, and you got a free Jameson each night iirc.
Personal Trainer are Dutch, fantastic craic live. Opus Kink, Shelf Lives and the Orchestra for Now all played Green Man last year, heard good things about them all. I meant to get to Opus Kink. They s ound great. Clashes etc. And Mandy Indiana have had a bit of hype about them, no?
Sure with the price of drink in Dublin get close to all your money back there so.. Had the misfortune of paying 11.30e for a Gin and Tonic in the Olympia recently..
Yep, booked already. No Tanya (she was both support and with the band when I last saw them a decade ago) but hoopefully Belly will head this way sometime. Should be superb in these venues.
First time touring Ireland since 2011? Last time I caught them was 2014 in Islington. A great evening.
PiL and Throwing Muses playing the west coast!!! A great morning.
Say it ain't so
Really enjoyed them last summer after finally seeing them live. Good to see them back but the price is a turn off esp with only 'Teen Mortgage' as support
I'm Guessing it's not the big production either
Haven't seen Weezer since their two shows in 2005, but would love to see them again
Pity that the dates dont work for me. I think that price is quickly becoming the norm for concerts.
will be standard festival production of band and maybe a backdrop/screen with logo etc
The man who rhymed Kodak with Kodak..…
