its targeting hens and stags
those house were always expensive since they were built. What is strange is they were built on the land of a large house that had a gate house on the coast road. They sold off the land in bits and pieces but the main house remained. It was up for sale after the crash in 2010 I think, for 900k and had planing for at least 5 houses while the main house remained. I was looking at buying it with some family members but we decided not to in the end. Great price for people that had the money

How the hell are some of these agents actually employed? The photos genuinely look like they’ve been taken from the bottom of a pint glass
when i sold my house (2011) i was able to save a couple of hundred euro by taking the photos myself. but i know how to use a camera.
That would be funny if people were not paying for the service.
€100,000 lopped off the asking price here already. If I had €600,000 I’d be tempted to offer it to them for it
How much was the agent charging you for the photos? Just curious.
Can't remember for certain, but I think 150 to 200 quid? It was sherry Fitz and the market was in the doldrums and maybe they just wanted business and that was a way of attracting more.
Not sure if this been posted. I could just imagine it on a wild day.

Way too close to the sea for my liking.
Baltic in winter and you might wake up in the Atlantic rather than looking out at it.
…..
other than Tadhg Furlong, who’d actually pay 600k for New Ross!
Fancy.
That has made many appearances in this thread so far. Every so often someone posts it again.
And it still hasn't sold.
I’m trying to get rid.
Nearly. ten. million. Right.
Whats that strange blue box in pic 8?
And there is a weed in the patio terrace. Fire the gardener.
The curved roof, all I can see is farm shed
Big overblown place in clare? Built by trump?
Love the pool though
Anyone know who built it originally??
This is beautiful, very little I dislike about it and anything I'd change would be cosmetic. I pass it regularly and it's set on a very busy road, the house is only a few feet from the traffic. Most of the outside space is set behind the house tho so I'd easily put up with the road.
Don't see the attraction here. Looks cold, damp, dark. You would think they would put more effort into the photos. Looks like a five year old took them.
A good declutter would transform that, it is beautiful. No BER given but it was rebuilt in 2010 so should be a B2 or B1.
I can't see past the 86 photos of clutter. Gave up half way.
Fire lit outside near a stream all I can think about is all the flies on a summer evening.
I've seen that place flooded in the past. before it was rebuilt.
I like it, I don't want my house flooded with light and imagining it with less 'stuff' everywhere it seems like a good combination of old world and modern building advances.. Mystified why solar panels and underfloor were not put in
