Lowry and Hatton playing together. Plenty of “passion” in that group
Mcilroy flying today -7 through 9
Would love to see Colsaerts win
Hope Hatton gets stuck in the road hole bunker.
Sad to see Colsaerts come up just shy but I have to give credit to Hatton. Exceptional chip into the slope and his 2nd on 17 was class too.
Great to see Hatton win. He's going to be smiling and happy now ☺️
purcell leading with a few holes to go on challenge tour
Wins and great to have another player on main tour next year playing regularly
A bird/eagle feast
An Englishman, an Irishman and a Scotsman teed up together in Abu Dhabi.
Good group.
Haven't seen a shot of it yet but must be playing very handy judging by the scores
Jesus leader at -17 with holes to play on day 2. Are conditions considerably easier?
Looks like Tom McKibben will need 2x solid finishes to cement a PGA card (R2D top 10 DP finishers otherwise not exempt).
He's tied with Langasque atm who's the one just pipping him in the rankings. Smith and Soderberg are also 2&4 shots better off. Migliozzi a couple behind Tom.

He's 1 place off it now, so needs 1 good week next week. Fingers crossed
A great final round of 65 from amateur Max Kennedy at Q School. He is currently T18th but will need a lot of luck to stay in the top 20.
It is unfortunate that the number of cards have been reduced from 25 plus ties to top 20 plus ties this year.
missed out by a shot but will get opportunities.
Jean Bekirian has become the first Armenian to earn a DP world tour card. Apparently there's only one golf course in Armenia and it's 9 holes!
Is it too soon for Mckibbin for the main tour?
If you’re good enough it’s never too soon. The only thing that can cause issues is hoping back and froward across the Atlantic. He can make a good living off the European tour but nothing compared to a few seasons on the PGA tour
If it didn't work out I wonder would he punt on the Korn Ferry at some point or is it better to stay on DP (Ryder Cup points too).
He needs a big weekend to nab the 10th card. Projected rankings has him 14 points behind Soderberg and 1 point behind Smith based on current standings. Soderberg is +5 iirc so hopefully he stays out of contention.
Rozner with a win or high finish gets a card after being an also ran last week - looking likely now. That means Tom must do enough to beat Soderberg and Smith overall.
TLDR: McKibben needs to get the finger out with a good finish and not rely on Soderberg/Smith capitulating. A top 10 should do it if he stays ahead of Smith but a top 5 surely rubber stamps his PGA card.
Good front nine from Tom. I’d be even take shane and Rory to finish behind him if it means giving him the points he needs
Hatton is insufferable. He should go back to playing pitch and putt courses for 20 million
Lad is basically French
This is very tight for Tom
Rory making sure it's not going to be a dull finish 😝😝
2 bogies in a row for Mckibbon, think it's pushed him outside the cards
I think so yeah. It's a brutal hard finish on this course I believe
Nice finish from lowry
Serious shot by Rory on 16
Bird not move him above smith as only 3 points behind
You feel he really needed something like that to settle him for the last two holes.
