A thread to keep each other up to date about where we all are in the process
mine took 10days to come back my smt @Gblue99
Quick question, following on from the guy who's application was declined based on non disclosure of interactions with psni. I have had interactions with psni which I didn't think was relevant as I wasn't charged with anything etc, should I email them an give details even though I have very limited info to give?
I would after reading the same post, I ended up declaring some stuff I forgot about also. Best to be on the safe side
Thanks, I emailed them everything from 18 yrs ago on to keep myself right. Hopefully the fact I've disclosed before they have went through my forms, it shouldn't be an issue. I just explained that I wasn't sure if it was relevant or even documented but gave as much info as I could regarding all interactions. Really didn't think this would have had to be disclosed but better safe than sorry
Hi, did anyone use clear score for keeping an eye on when they got a vetting hit or did everyone use Experian?
Experian
I emailed them also did you get a reply?
I passed vetting today, sent off my forms in late May. Got the hit on my credit report in September
Exactly the same for me with vetting form away dates and credit check in September too.
Hopefully mine passes soon 🤞
I have both clearscore and experian. The check only appears on my experian.
did you have to pay 14.99 to see when it eventually appeared on it?
Nope, thankfully lol
Has anyone been contacted about or know when the next intake after December will be?
I use credit karma which is really good and it's free. My vetting forms will be away 4 months middle of November so hopefully not long before I see it on credit report.
So been looking to see if vetting had done credit check on me for ages. Using my Halifax and clear score account and nothing. Took the plunge of the free trial on Experian and looks like the search was carried out in June. I sent vetting papers in May. So was actually pretty quick. However still waiting for it to clear.
Got contacted by vetting looking to clear up a couple of things, mine was sent in July so good to see it's under review. Fingers crossed it goes smoothly 🙏
Quick question for those who have gone into Garnerville but what have been your thoughts so far?
What do you know now that you wished you would have known going in? Is there anything that you would advise someone starting GV to start doing now to make it easier for them going in?
passed my vetting 🎉
congratulations! Is that you waiting for the call now lol?
how did you find out. Do they email you?
No clue tbh. I assume they’ll be in touch. Vetting email just says I’ve successfully completed vetting.
yes by email
anyone know roughly how long after the vetting interview that you find out? Or it is different for each person
Probably different for everyone. I just got an email from OHW. My medical is about to expire. Have to fill in a form to declare no changes to my medical history.
anyone have their induction this week dm me
is this because your still waiting for vetting to clear, medical should last for 12mths.
Yeah still waiting on vetting but done my medical in June so looks like it's more 6 months then 12
Didn’t realise it’s only 6mths, hopefully you hear from vetting soon. 🤞🏻
Cheers. I assumed it was 12 months too but looks like that's not the case. (Well at least in my case)
Have they made any contact with you? I sent mine away in July and they contacted me last week to clear a couple of points
Absolutely nothing at all and I sent mine in April.
