Those Arabs will I think be re-integrated easily enough into Palestine (and the Golan Heights back into Syria, etc). In many ways, they never left. There might be a few collaborators and some communities that willingly participated in the israeli occupation that will need careful handling, but there are experiences from other post-conflict societies that can help.
In other news, the head of the IRGC and the Iranian defence minister have both threatened retaliation on israel for the recent aggression so it seems like Iran wont be ignoring it. The defence minister further stated that there had been no disruption to Iranian production of either defensive or offensive systems - apparently they were aware of the attack and had taken counter measures - and noted that a single air defence system (presumeably the old Hawk) was replaced the following day so there had been no reduction in the air defence network. They also said the israelis hadn't been able to enter Iranian airspace.
All in all, it seems like the israeli airstrike, for 100 planes and terrible threats beforehand, didn't do much.

The only way this (ultimately) ends is with Palestinian statehood and a two state solution. The idea that Israel can impose its iron grip on the region and oppress the Palestinians for the next five decades is a non runner - they have totally blown it at this stage. They are already despised by the vast majority of global nations and are being propped up by a few corrupt and morally bankrupt administrations in the West.

No one seems to have an answer for what happens if there is a two state solution and then Hamas start firing rockets at Israel again. It’s the same issue with Iran, they fired hundreds of rockets at Israel, they funded and armed extremist militants that made life worse for anyone in those regions.

In a palestinian state Hamas would be a small fringe group. They aren't even part of the PLO, which-in the main-is far more secular.
I propose a gedankenexperiement. Suppose we could have a situation where the zionist colonisers pay the Palestinians a fair price for all the property they have stolen since they first invaded Palestine, and want to steal in the future.
Then, Western countries allow the zionists to permanently revoke their Western citizenship/passports. For every zionist passport revoked, one can be issued to a Palestinian.
Let the US/UK/German citizens who want to take their "right" of aliyah do so, but they lose their Western citizenship. One-in one-out. Pay the Palestinians the value of their property and the Palestinians can move with their new citizenship to the West.
Any person who revokes their citizenship under the scheme is permanently disbarred from acquiring it again. That is to prevent a scenario where one member of a family keeps theirs in order to reapply for the revoker under a family reunification process later.
