He's done nothing individually to annoy me but I;m just sick of him.
He's an assistant manager with some high profile teams we have zero idea how good he annually is as a proper manager as it's pretty hit and miss how good assistant managers are when it comes to being a number 1 but this guy is being pushed constantly as one of the apparent great minds in football and Ireland missed out on him.
I'm old enough to remember when Paul Clement (who was Ancellotti's assistant at numerous clubs) was being hyped as being the next big thing and he turned to be useless as a manager.

Dyer is one of these types that some people seem to like because he is all cheeky chappy, outgoing and OTT enthusiastic….an opinion on everything, constantly interviews with him in newspapers, magazines and on TV waffling about any old shîte….….seems harmless enough but he’s just in a flow of tacky TV, B-movies and presenting gigs….
