I think it's the right thing to do now that Sinwar is dead. Give them the opportunity to surrender and return the hostages. That'll bring that part of the war to an end, which will be a relief to the innocent people in Gaza.

You also called for Hezbolllah to implement resolution 1701. So I take you also call for Israel to implement resolutions against it and abide by the ICJ decision regarding the West Bank.

Whereas currently even their closest ally has been forced to give them an ultimatum regarding aid or risk having arms supplies halted. Miraculously aid going into Gaza has increased.
I am not cheerleading for Iran to have a nuclear weapon but I believe it would actually reduce the likelihood of a regional war, not increase it. Although it might well start arms race..
There is no solid evidence that Iran is building a nuke, but even were it to acquire one , is it going to down a route that will ensure its own destruction due to the amount of Nukes that would be fired at it in return should it be stupid enough to use one. All the evidence to date, despite the propaganda of mad mullahs, is they seem to act quite rationally and calculated on foreign policy matters.

The international pressure on them is already ramping up and thr families of the hostages will put pressure on bibi domestically. Plan A just seems to be Hamas will admit defeat, there is no plan B and that is bad for Israel and Gaza.
