When I saw Ls400 I was expecting a luxury car, perhaps overpriced. This is a clown car - I wouldn't be surprised to see Ronald McDonald getting out of it.

Apparently he's done more than that but even so 20k does seem ridiculous. I don't think this is meant to be put on the road as such, even though you could once you've adjusted the camber back in. It's a show piece and made to appeal to a fan of the late 90's early 2000's modifications scene which apparently this car has all the popular parts from that time in it which in themselves would be collectable.
Air suspension might make it a little bit driveable, but it'll eat through the inner edges of the tyres at that angle and I highly doubt there's much comfort to be had.
20k for a 1998 car with a little suspension work and €1800 tax is mental though.
You can but you're going to feel every minor bump, dip, crack, groove, etc. It's on bags so he likely just has it "stanced" like that statically and then raises the ride height with the airbag suspension to make it more manageable-ish. Seeing as it's a show car it is 100% trailered to and from events. It's purely done for the aesthetic and offers zero functionality.
I'm sure it's possible on a billiard table smooth road.
Actual real world conditions with potholes, kerbs, speed bumps… I think there might be problems.
You cannot drive fast but it can drive. I'd say he could do 80km/h but I have no experience with it.
Forgive my ignorance as this part of the boy racer scene passed me by but can you actually drive that Lexus with the wheels like that?
I know it won't pass an nct but is it "safe"?
The "mall ninja" katana shifter is the icing on the cake for me to be honest.
"…nearly all camber is adjustable and could be turned into a roadworthy car." 🤣
Apologies for the double post. Doesn't allow me to delete it.
20k for this beauty.

They were produced from 1983 to 1998
Getting a 1983 car in 1989 is not as impressive as getting a 1996 car in 1989 lol
Imagine getting one in 1983 when they were first produced
Impressive to get a 1996 car in 1989 :)
This guy is in a dreamer league of his own.... clearly has been at the LSD
Nobody is dumb enough to pay that much for that car
Cant believe the 6k pugeot van is still there!
Yikes!
it's just an old Volvo with a €900 PA motor tax bill
€1294 according to the ad.
Huge money for one of those! I had the 2.0 turbo version for a few years and it was a lovely car. I would want for it to be all original though. The after market stereo looks terrible. Still wouldn't pay that money anyway but they might make a nice classic at some point. Right now it's just an old Volvo with a €900 PA motor tax bill and sub 30mpg and massive repair costs if anything goes awry, especially with the adjustable suspension.
Not sure if posted previously, nice car but…

A pet hate of my is advertisers who knowingly put miles in as km in the ad
Deffo not a typo as due to age and the market today. It is worth more than 3.5k but no where near 35k though.
Its 34 years old!
No,I don't think it's a typo.
This is the dreamers thread!
Do you genuinely think he may have put an extra zero in by accident?
That surely can't be what he expects to get for a 25 year old nissan 200??
"Unmodified Irish car"
(Imported from uk)
"2 owners since new"
(3 owners since it was imported, don't know how many before that)
No NCT in 14 years....bargain at 35k.
In 1989 they were around 7400
