If the hearing can't go ahead because he's in prison, which I don't understand why, then Wilson's legal team could work with the Judge so that he's not in prison when it's meant to be heard.
Judge was not happy with them during the summer, as it appeared they had done nothing about dismissing him when they had a chance.

Every single person, excepting yourself and a couple of others it seems, expect that if the court finds in their favour and subject to any appeals, they can expect that that is where it ends and that they can go about their business unempeeded by the party who lost the case.
Burke has had his day in court on this particular matter and exhausted the process. So why exactly do you believe his rights trumps everyone else's else rights and they should be denied justice.
