Local Lidl has those Blackfire sauces, must check them out.
Carzy Bastard hot sauce is the way to go.

At nearly €4 I gave them a miss.
You might guess from my last post there is no way I'd be buying those ;-)
They have had it a good few years now. I've only tried the Buffalo and it is definitely my favourite Buffalo sauce. Not only spicy but it's got a good thickness to it which I often find lacking in others.
A local shop near me, sells the crazy bastard sauce at 6.50 a bottle, so 4 euro is good, they are quite tasty and the hot ones are very very hot.
Oh yea, and have a nice flavour. I use the superhot-naga when I'm making madras or vidaloo. Really nice
Bought them a couple of weeks ago but still haven't cracked them open yet!
Oh lovely! Probably not available down here :/
Lidl in Carrigaline have them
Lidl has been stocking them the last few weeks. I wonder if these do well would Lidl sell the rest of the Blackfire range?
I get them for a Friday treat at work, a couple of like minded lads and myself, love to see how hot we can go, so far we've reach 300,000 Scoville units, but they have a lovely taste, next week we have up too 500'000 Scoville unit ones
What do you do with them? Just drink it from a sppon or what?
😂😂 Brilliant. That's hot stuff there, I'll have to order
A new hot sauce in Mr. Bells… Karma Sauce Funken Sauce.
Brown habaneros are new to me!
And also: Karma Sauce Cosmic Disco
We have an air fryer in the canteen, so we bring in cocktail sausages or chicken nuggets. Glass of milk on standby. 🥵
Did you get them.? We tried them at break time this morning, chicken nuggets and very hot hot sauce, the half million one was hot, very hot, but tasty. we will look for hotter. if you like tasty hot sauce, I recommend these.
No, I'm ordering a few tomorrow, must be some craic testing them out
Torchbearer… a new brand of hot sauce to me. Lots of different varieties now available in Mr. Bells, Corkonians.
Might pop in tomorrow to get some!
11 quid!
It can be a problem 😖
Has anyone tried green sriracha? Is it hotter and less sweet than the red variety?
My favourite very hot green sauce is still East End, with its fresh kick of ginger juice and 42% habanero, but very hot it is! If you like the blistering mouth burn and head sweats… ;)
Flying Goose Brand regular Sriracha is way too sweet, imo. I won't risk any of their products now.
Got them last week, mothers of Christ
I've not had the Green Sriracha or even heard of East End, but i finally cracked open my bottle of https://www.micschilli.com/webstore/emerald-jalapeno
Lovely. Good kick with a nice flavour.
I know, I still have 2 of them in the fridge at home, the 300 and the 500 probably bring them in Friday to remind ourselves how hot they are. but they do have a nice flavour. but they are hot..
Why the fridge? Do you think they will go off if you leave them out?
I have about 1 kg or red and green jalapeños fermenting. Will make probably a red and green sauce with most of them. Maybe leave a few as sliced fermented chillies.
That's the big question, do you keep ketchup in the fridge or not, we keep all opened sauces in the fridge, but that's just our household. it doesn't affect the heat in the hot sauce. 😵
I keep the ones that have a lot of salt and vinegar out of the fridge, but sweeter, vegetable based ones, I keep in the fridge.
