Someone will probably do a superficial flip and make a few euros on it. It will be a complete liability.
Its grim and a lot of those extensions had leaky flat roof problems, I don't see a BER but I can feel how cold and damp it would be
Edited to add "electric heating only"
Haven't had that lovely desert in years, many years.
I like this, if a bit overly fancy and frilly in places

I love the outside but the interior is bit cluttered with "dust collecters" as my Mam calls them.
That is an…eclectic collection of furniture, to be sure. I'm not in a position to talk, though; my last place back in the US was furnished with random castoffs from friends, family, and the local discount used furniture liquidator, and my current one is furnished with all the bits my former landlord left in it when I bought the place from them (though to be fair it is much higher quality stuff than most landlords would provide…)
Five (that we can see) mirrors on the landing! I'd have a heart attack every time I went to the toilet during the night. Overall it's like someone downsized or inherited a load of furniture from "the big house" and set it up in their not so big house.
An awful barracks with no charm, no garden and a hefty price tag

Absolutely horrible - It looks a very sad house in every way.
Beautiful house, it would be stunning with all the chintz pared back and a new kitchen. I love the cornicing and original features.
I love it! The exterior is gorgeous. Inside there are many lovely features & items of furniture. The slightest declutter of the more frivolous follies would do for me & I’d be in like a shot.
Really love the exterior and gardens. Would have to gut the interior completely.
I love this one, needs a few homely touches and the curtains in the kitchen should be burnt, but a great house in a great location. IMO 😊

Over half a million to take a poop right beside your kitchen

in fairness nearly all those style houses in Stoneybatter have the toilet like that downstairs.
I know. They're dreadful! Overpriced,
Lake access and sauna. Dream retirement for me! Obvs inside and gardens need a bit of something.…

Great if you have houseguests visiting - everyone parading through the dining room wrapped in a towel after a shower
The interiors photos look like they were taken from a hidden camera show.
blame all the bearded hipsters moving in and gentrifying the place 😄
Cavan lake house, glorious surroundings and gardens but the interior is totally at odds with the outside? Horrible photography, granted, but even good photography would still leave it looking peculiar.
And they are freezing in winter!!!!
All the money spent on that and it has an E BER, no ensuite off the master bedroom either.
Wrong part of the Ballyconnell, if it was further up and connected to the Shannon Erne Waterways then you'd have a real proposition. As it is it's overpriced and over promises.
Not the wrong part for me! I'd be happy with a nice quiet lake in my garden rather then the canal. Photos inside are outrageous though!
And definitely overpriced

Céard?
The Cavan house, I stopped looking halfway through the pictures. Really doesn't appeal to me in the slightest
Did they photoshop a horse and donkey into photo 18?
