It was the app that was the problem in the end. Deleted it once I was sure I could just sign in on my browser and had my tickets there .
Ah yeah, the app does that (very unhelpfully). If I'm clicking a link on chrome on my phone to a presale I have to hold down and open in new tab to force it to open in chrome otherwise the app opens and the presale links don't work.

I deleted the app months ago, it's useless and I've not missed it once
I thought you had to have it to access tickets at venues easily but it is even crxp at that . We were down at Fairview for 2 Door Cinema Club and it kept spinning so ended up just logging in to the site to access tickets .
Glad it's not just me btw ..I thought it was my "lack of technical ability " that was the issue ;)
No, you can access them through chrome too
I add them to Google wallet before a gig, works perfectly
For any international company it's inexcusable that the ticketb@stard app is so useless but not like they give a sh1t about customers anyway

After I was bitten once at the Olivia Rodrigo gig, where I was 20 minutes outside 3Arena trying to make the app work, everything goes to Google wallet.

Customer service useless too. Needed help with a ticket on day of Springsteen gig and person doing the chat was clueless. Might as well have been chatting to a bot. No way to ring them either and speak to a person.
The Marquee is a pity at this stage
Seems a repeat of last year with standard of acts and repeat performers. They've had good acts over the years with more international and higher profile acts. Think they could be a bit more adventurous even with support acts say but get selling gigs is the driver. Even if they took a chance on 1 or 2 gigs.
They were really excellent at Marquee in 2023
they’ve been burned a good few times before and lost a ton on some shows. A few bad shows can wipe out profits for entire run. Can be taking chances in a 5000 plus tent as costs are crazy
