I think the point is that when it came up it was said that Ken is "off for the week" when the reality is that he is off for 2 weeks. That's fine obviously but they could have been a little more accurate in the messaging or were they protecting subs at the start of the month ? Did they avoid saying Kens off on his hols for 2 weeks, we catch up to him then.

I highly doubt the number of people that would unsub because Ken is missing would make a material difference to them. They also announced he was missing yesterday i.e. in September i.e. before Octobers sub is taken so your conspiracy theory doesn't really stand up to logic there.
I doubt they put much thought into saying Ken was missing last week or this week.
His attitude towards Irish teams playing European football was incredibly small-minded.

Wegner left Arsenal in 2018 (6 years ago) and that audio bed predates his leaving. I think that it should have been retired many years ago when it became outdated and irrelevant
