Contrast that to the well over 10,000 children killed in Gaza. How many were maimed for life? How many have severe mental issues as a result of the constant bombardment and death?

Biden isn't supporting Israel because of an election - he has long history of supporting Israel. This would be his response no matter when it happened.
All they have to do is keep arming Israel who are essentially a proxy force for the United States in that region, just as they always have done.
A ground invasion of Iran isn't on the cards, if the yanks did get directly involved they'd likely be executing drone strikes only anyway so they may as well just "sell" the drones to Israel, slap an Israeli flag on the side and let them use the things.

Actually according to Israeli intelligence which will never be criticised in the US all those maternity wards and schools were Hamas training camps, and all those dead kids were terrorist masterminds.
This is the first flareup of this old conflict in the social media age where Gazans have been filming their own genocide, so I can well imagine the youth around the middle east not being as easily controlled as in previous times where the US would buy off client rulers.
