I had something sat in store for over a week with no emails or texts to tell me so. Went in and got it, staff weren't damn-giving about my frustration.
had used Elverys in the past no problem but now three weeks waiting on an order to move from confirmed to ship.(2 pairs of trainers)
Cant call support as it basically says we are busy piss off and the email support will not answer.
Whatever the discount is online its not worth the grief. Literally any other retailer in ireland has next day or same week at least delivery.
Yeah I am done with them too. They can't be bothered dealing with customes whose money they have taken. No explanations, nothing.

Ordered online a couple of weeks ago, no contact from them at all after the 7 business days so I emailed them three times a day for three days and got an email from them and an post yesterday evening to say I will have it on Monday...
Another order cancelled after a week of no contact. I'm done with them.
The online shopping experience is now a complete mess, if (and its a big IF) I ever shop again with them, it will be directly with a store
They used to be fine, but the service has gone downhill lately. I recieved an order a few months ago and an item was missing but rather than sending it out they refunded saying it was out of stock. It was still for sale on the site a few months afterwards. Something has to have changed internally 🤔
I've used elverys website thing twice this summer and maybe once or twice last summer and have no complaints from any of them. Yesterday I ordered runners for the kids at about 10am, Got an email to say they shipped at 21:30 and was very surprised to see them delivered this morning. I know my previous order I made with them wasn't that fast (I think it was 2 days) and it doesn't excuse the bad experience other people have had, but just wanted to highlight that at least some of the time they seem decent.

Ordered two pairs of runners over two weeks ago during the BOGO(Half-Price).
Only got an e-mail last night to say they were out of stock, here's a 10% voucher (savings would have been 25% due to offer, so not really great) Both runners in the correct size still displaying on the website.
They just sent me a 30% discount code to apologise for their bag or sh!te website "upgrade".

I got the same email today. One of my last orders was delayed by a over a week. The order I placed after that order came first. I emailed them about my missing order and replied straight away that there is a new picking system that has been having problems. Got the order 2 days later
