They are haters basically, most of them never had a real job and certainly never ran a business. As a self employed person myself it boils my blood seeing these twats slate someone's business, that can be really damaging to the business. I once got a bad burger from my local chipper, it was 1 bad one on 10 years, $hit happens, it never happened again, it was just a once off. Also if I have a an issue with a business, I email or call them in private and explain the situation, I think you should give them a chance first before telling the whole world how $hit their business is.
