Did you try going to page #1010? that's where the most recent comments are because of the thread bug that's happening with a lot of threads, you just need to go back in the pages to find the new comments. There should be a notice on the top of every page stating this if that's the issue you have.

The Israel thread isnt a permissions thing, assuming you have access to rest of CA. It is page glitch. You need to go back about half dozen pages to see new posts
