This place looks freezing
Just how many dining rooms and sitting rooms does one need?!
Totally confused would like to see a floorplan, it's a lovely house though, but most certainly not worth that money!
I was meant to say that earlier when I looked at the listing. Far too overpriced.
Willow Lodge - BER exempt. Charm be damned, I'd be looking for double glazing. It is charming though.
Looks like the garden shed blew into the gable during a storm

That was posted already a couple of days back.
I'm always amazed at how little effort is often put into the pictures posted on Daft and MyHome by estate agents. For example, one of the main selling points of this apartment is that you have the Phoenix park on your doorstep. Surely they could have found a more flattering picture of it than this -
It is mad to think that if you got ten mates together who were all willing to put up ~€300k each, you could live there forever. It suddenly looks like good value.
i think it's mad to think that you could convince ten people to pay that much to live in that house.
It really doesn't give a good first impression, does it?!? 😂
That's stunning, it has bags of potential.
I think that looks shockingly bad from the outside - very jarring and scrappy and not at all complementing the older parts of the property.
But by the looks of the other buildings around it (in the first picture), the local planning people couldn't give a rat's arse anyway.
Needs a good bit of finishing on the outside too. Lots of potential but I think it is over priced.
Set designer from Fair City has her house up for sale. I’d be slamming a few doors prior to purchase to make sure none of the walls wobble! 😝

I, personally, wouldn't have put my garden shed there
Getting the lawn mower out must be so awkward… 😂
Seems like a lot of wasted space in the bathroom?
Though I suppose you could fit a laundry hamper in there, at least. 🤔
I somehow missed this when I was looking at the listing, it is a bit odd alright!
I do like it but it would need to be reconfigured, lots of rooms…. no BER as well so most likely would need an upgrade of the heating and insulation. Could be a money pit!
This house struck me as a great example of how to build a house with too many far too large rooms.

The kitchen looks small enough, but some of the rooms are cavernous. I'd imagine it's cold and echoey.
Hard to disagree with that observaton.
I like it, but I'm not sure I'd like to live there. Actually I would, but I can't because I'm poor!
I do like the V8 engine block coffee table. They are not cheap.
I agree I would love that house and the grounds are fabulous.
It’s an interesting house with a quirky design but furnished very oddly. I know (hope) they’d be taking all that with them but it’s hard to see how to make it work better.
Jesus the estate agent must've been desperate to find anything worthwhile to photo for this listing:

All downhill from photo #7.
Oh dear!
Oh God, makes you wonder does the agent have a bad back or are the ceilings covered in mould.
Could be cut off from electric as interior pic seem very dark.
This one really makes me want to buy it.
If you'd told me that was the reception area in a callcentre in clonmel...
Indeed! But the estate agents are Proud to Welcome it… I cAn'T StAnd the Use of random caPITal letters.
