This nonsense has gone on long enough. I would
1. Stop his teacher salary payments immediately.
2. Let him stand at the gate
3. Somehow ensure absolutely no media coverage (from RTE at least).
It's the attention that this crazy family craves.
Just follow the law.
He gets paid until his appeal is heard and a decision is made.
He sits in a cell until he purges his contempt.

You commenting numerous times on a social media site, after media reports about Enoch Burke, whilst at the same time calling for no media coverage, seems odd. The fact is, many people/ posters seem fascinated by him, as evidenced by the number of posts about Enoch Burke on Boards, and who has posted the most.
On a separate note, we now know why the appeal has not been heard by WH.

He clearly doesn’t (and didn’t) want to be arrested and jailed again. The guys not in his right mind clearly but he self admits he doesn’t like or want to be in prison.
Obviously he was trying to avoid the Gardai. Look if he wasn’t trying to get away with being sent to prison he would’ve been at the Four Courts this morning at 9am rather than outside the school.
I mean you seen the tweet with her car stopped at the gates and Gardai behind and presumably in front (I suspect that’s where the van was). Besides if the Gardai ordered her to stop she was not going to take chase anyway so.
My guess would be they got wind Gardai were on route and Martina went to collect hoping they’d be looking for Sean’s car and she’d slip through them. Worked out well anyway.
Also the Gardai turned up to his house on Saturday and Sean claimed Enoch was “in work” he also added “where he should be”, which is funny on two counts.
Was he in jail over Christmas last time? He so, he risks spending a second Christmas in jail.
Well at least now we know the reason why the DAP hasn't proceeded.
It's tied up in something EB has before the Court of Appeal.
The court also heard that Mr Burke's appeal against his dismissal has not yet been heard and the disciplinary appeal panel will not sit until separate legal proceedings by Mr Burke in relation to the panel are resolved by the Court of Appeal.
Back before Court on 11 October.
I don't agree.
He will do anything and everything to frustrate the process imo so he wasn't going to hand himself into the court voluntarily.

On a separate note, a pp mentioned that his appeal (when the legal issue is sorted) should be held on his side from the prison. Any legal eagle know of any impediment to having him "present" at the appeal hearing by videolink from jail for example? On the assumption that he will more than likely refuse to purge his contempt in the meantime.
100%, they are making a mockery of the laws and the lawmakers in this country.

I think its a good thing in that it shows how out of touch with reality that the oddballs who support him are. Things like this are good for them exposing themselves to the general public.

If it's good enough for him to attend the High Court by video link, I can't see why he can't attend a DAP also by video link.
I assume any representatives he is allowed have at the DAP, could attend in person.

I vet for my employer, Gardai disclose any previous convictions, that's all. Up to the employer how to use that information.
If you submit a vetting request you are acknowledging that any information about you will be shared. In most organisations only 1-2 people will see the final disclosure, they make the decision.
