Either way none of them should be on school grounds.

I would argue if he was doing this to prove a point he wouldn’t be trying to evade the Gardai bringing him to court.
Also there may not have been a bench warrant but the Gardai were directed to bring him to court to answer his contempt. So they were coming for him and he knew that.
Turning up today was stupidity and I am convinced Martina was trying to get away from the Gardai before they arrived.
My sister works in child care, she said that being vetted just means that the gardaí have identified any convictions you have had. It's then up to the employer to make a judgement call on whether that affects their decision. So for example if somebody wants to work in a child care setting and they go for vetting and they have had a driving conviction, that will be reported back and the setting can decide if they want to go ahead or not.
Lads in all fairness what does it matter if he’s Garda vetted or not when he’s not even allowed into the front door I mean cmon.
If the threat of being lifted by the Gardaí bothered him or his mother, there would be no need for the injunction.

The Vetting Officer can choose to include any information they have at there disposal if it is relevant, not just convictions.
They have to inform the person being vetted and give them a right of reply.
Lets say for an example someone was accused of abusing a child but the case was dismissed on a technicality.
This would be pertinent information for someone choosing an employee or volunteer to work with children or the vulnerable.
They must have a new car (or a second car?) Daddy drove a silver Hyundai….

His argument with the school at the moment is that he is still in employment there and they say he is not, that they fired him. It's what he is using to explain away his presence at WHS, both inside the school buildings, the school grounds and standing at the school grounds entrance.. If he has no vetting cert, then any claim he makes to be employed there and to be on the premises legally can also be gone. The employer can decline to employ a person if the certification needed for employment does not exist.
There is also the chance that it may be a criminal, not a civil, offence to portray one-self as a teacher employed at the school when one does not have the necessary certification needed to work there on more than one legal ground.: he is currently in receipt of teachers pay for one thing and has been during the time he has been in dispute with the school.

Funny peculiar: Steve Murphy's TV has him as leaving the school much earlier in a similar coloured car while the Gardai were talking to his Dad at the family home and Dad let slip "Eh, he's not home yet" when asked if he was at home. Honest man to the last. Hmmm, Daddy must have moved fast to be at the school when Enoch was lifted.

They assessed his presence as a health and safety issue, Gardai don't deal with health and safety issues. Just like civil cases

I couldn't imagine gardai passing on info and the supervisors determining on each case
