I live in Dublin within very easy access of Croke Park but I'm choosing not to pay that and pay much more to travel to Manchester and maybe to Wembley too if I'm lucky in that queue so that's madness to someone else paying all that money when I could have just gone here!

I'd be pretty sure that anyone that just paid 400/500 at least secretly feels like a mug, although might not admit it.
I've gone abroad for events but was more of an excuse for a trip away.
There's outrage, and rightly so, for international rugby tickets being over 100 euro and all Ireland final tickets being 90 euro now, there's none of this in demand or platinum nonsense pushing them over 4 times the price to the organiser.
I would, but not for Oasis and not anyone that's been in Ireland in recent years.
It cleared for me after a while by itself this morning so I think it's just wait a little while
I don't feel like a mug. I feel like it was very expensive but I was willing to travel to the UK to see them and I'm probably going to have more money left in my pocket by seeing them in Dublin even at that price and I get to go home to my own bed that night. For me, that was a very rational decision. It's still cheaper for me to see them here.
Each to their own and I can see why people would travel and I don't judge them for that.
Ultimately if I change my mind, I'll be able to shift them for face value easily.

Maybe those rumoured 10 dates at Wembley turn out to be more than a rumour. Indeed they could potentially go even higher
I've decided to sit this one out. I certainly do not want to pay to see City fans at Wembley. Might be the odd resale kicking around for Croke Park nearer the event, but there's no way I'm paying 400 quid plus to see them. And we really do not know what we will get. Most of us knew what we were paying for with the likes of Coldplay (and indeed Taylor Swift for those who went to see her). If Liam is anything like he was at Kilmainham then it would turn into one of the worst ever value for money gigs certainly from my own petrspective.
Yeah I'm not paying 370 for a ticket. I'll wait till 2026 for a festival.
It does I hovered over that buy button for so long saying its cheaper to just buy them, but I just thought f*ck that I'm not getting wrapped up in it as much as it killed me to close the tab
If there was only €500 VIP left I'd have bought it but **** 415+ fees to stand on the pitch at the back as well

Managed to get 5 for Wembley across 25th & 26th. What a ride that was
Restricted views and may not been released until tents on pitch are known etc. but I know no one or seen anyone actual get them today in sales.
I dont have a personal laptop, I would say a decent chunk of people don't tbh.
Ah well not to be, plenty of other gigs lined up. No way was I paying 200 plus.
I've always bought tickets on my phone. Even managed to with Coldplay last year.

Liam's voice was fantastic at the Definitely Maybe gig at the point this year, but I went to enough Oasis gigs where he was absolutely shocking to not want to part with that type of money. Ticketmaster is essentially operating without regulation or oversight at this stage.

I did. Bit bizarre I logged on after my brother...he was around 100,000 in the queue but I was 4,500. Anyway managed to get 4 for Sunday at the cheapest price
What's even more frustrating is that after 2 hours 50 minutes to reach the top of the queue and being offered obscene €490 tickets that when you exit the queue Ticketmaster still holds you hostage as the website has me back into the queue at an unknown number so a scenario if any new Croke show was announced right now I wouldn't be able to queue for that
That’s cos it randomly assigned queue numbers once the start time came. Didn’t matter whether you joined waiting room 45 minutes before or 45 seconds before.
Question for people who got pre-sale code - did the answers to the questions have any affect i wonder….ie.. Did everyone who answered the choice with the highest amount of times seeing the band before and event location as "anywhere" have more chance of getting a presale ticket or was it random ?
