The difference in queue lengths between UK and Ireland is crazy. How is there so much more demand in Ireland compared to the UK, is it simply that they are playing far more gigs over there?
Haven’t seen anyone here post a “normal” ticket purchase in a while now-some saying even platinum gone - don’t know what ticketmaster is like these days but I do remember years ago going in to the U2 sale - it was apparently sold out but I ended up getting two tickets - not sure if that sort of thing happens anymore
I'd say those queues are moving at a snail's pace to keep the system afloat.
I was sickened with the premium standing tickets prices last night but now it's like it was either that or don't go at all. Absolutely shameful from Ticketmaster and event organisers.

It's scandalous that Ticketmaster rig the system like that and you're left paying well over the odds.

My logic with buying a premium ticket was that I can think about it for the next day and cancel it if i get better tickets.
Worst case scenario, resale through Ticketmaster closer to for what I paid for it.

Congrats - enjoy! I queued for the 1/500,000 chance of one of one of the cheap seats or normal standing - like many would have liked to have been there but not at all “gutted” or anything - if I held it high on my wants I’d probably have done the same but it would have killed me to press the “buy” button

I said it earlier in the thread but I have friends who balked at the Coldplay VIP prices and then ended up spending the same amount (if not more) on regular tickets through Gigsberg to touts.
Yeah I got the bot error - closed tabs, on iphone went to browse history and found the "queue-it" url, clicked and ended up back in the queue at original spot

Managed to get 2 platinum seats for the Sunday, crazy money and really didn't want to pay it but couldn't let them slide away.
