This is mental. I'm in a WhatsApp group with 8 people. 3 of them got a code in the ballot. All three picked up 2 tickets each with zero hassle. I'd say they sold the bulk of tickets in the presale and there's less than half released for the general. They will 100% announce additional shows so I'd urge people not to go mad and buy resale tickets.

Yeah it is slowing down now. Think it went down by 800 in the last minute. I will probably wait until I get told I didn't get them before I close the browser. Then I will go and do the Saturday shopping.

I had no success with Taylor Swift tickets for Dublin either. I was lucky friends of ours had two spare tickets for Liverpool coming up to the gig!
The queue doesn’t make sense- I reckon it’s just to keep us quiet and hopeful- I’ve only moved down about 4000 places - it’s 8.23am
I’d say 60-80k tickets have been sold in that time so makes no sense- unless there’s multiple queues depending on your ip address or something like that

I think we can forget about Croke Park now. For the UK shows which would be the best to go for, I'm thinking maybe Edinburgh, nice city to visit for a mini break.
This is worse than trying to get tickets for an all ireland football semi final when Mayo are playing.
At least with that online queue it was obvious people were dropping out as it moved fast.
