Cork would be great as they played there before and they'd easily sell out 2 or 3 PUC shows
They won't be playing in Cork, not 1, not 2 not 3 nights. They'd sell out Croker for an additional 3 or 4 nights and it would be easier logisticilly and more profitable than doing anything in Cork.
Seperately, Oasis were a big part of my teenage years, like many here, but I say them in Landsdowne road in 99 (I think) and it put me off them as a live act. I didn't really gel with the music they released in the naughtys but those 90's years were great. As such, while I am a fan I wasn't/amn't as excited as the marketing and spin wants me to be. I wouldn't be overly bothered about seeing them in Croker.
That said, I have two kids who are absolutely mad about their early music/best off stuff and who want to go. For that reason alone, I'll be trying to get tickets, but not being too pushed if I dont.

Jesus they’re making some dogs dinner out of this. Click this, submit that, wait for 12-24 hours for the confirmation, click again, wait again for another email at some random time to find out if you’re successful. Then wait to find out what time the pre sale starts and after all that probably end up with no ticket anyway.
There’s got to be a better way.

Back in the day you'd have to queue up for at least 21 days, recite a decade of the rosary every hour so you couldn't sleep,know EVERY song, even the covers they started the band with, and then hope you get 1 of the 12 tickets the outlet had.
