So are regional forums closed to everyone, or have I just been banned for all of them?
Get this whenever I try a direct link to any of them:
Getting the same on Waterford City but not the Dublin forums.
Can access the East, North, Midlands, Midwest categories but not the West, Abroad, South, South East, North East, North West categories. I've never posted in most of these…
Meath one appears to be gone too, I was following a thread that was fairly active over the last few days about a court ordered demolition but it’s gone from my bookmarks
Just checked the Cork city thread and getting the same message. It was fine this morning.
There is a known issue with permissions in the regional forums today. I am trying my best to get it back to normal as soon as possible.
It is not that anyone has been banned!
Same for me in Cork
Galway is working for me. No new posts since yesterday though so ye haven't missed anything.
So are these issues just not being fixed or?
There was an update on the main bugs thread.
Most of the regional forums have gone down for me, unless I log out and look.

You might as well remove the Regional sub-forum for the time being.
Adding "Registered Users 2" to users as they request access isn't a permanent fix.
Hi there,
I am finding it hard to keep track of all of the threads that have been opened on this issue. This is not a permanent fix. The fix for this extends a long way past Boards.ie and it's functionality. This is a Vanilla fix that is being fast tracked thanks to the issues that have cropped up here and on other platforms. This fix is weeks out.
I think it is obvious form the feedback and the requests I have received that the regional forums are a busy section and will remain open. If I have to trigger permissions for users for the time being then I am happy to do so.
How do you get added to the registered users?

Hi - can I be given access to Regional boards again please? I hardly ever post over there but it's useful for keeping in touch with what's going on in my home town.
