How does one get a copy for evaluation without funding the fanatiscism??
Seems to be all about some guy called John Piper, Calvinism, Hedonism, Homosexuality and how it's destroying the church.
Anyone care to take a chance, have an afternoon read and summarise for us? I'm not suitably qualified.

Why would you want to evaluate? What single benefit can there be in looking at what their hateful and spiteful beliefs are?
Perhaps to see if the 4 and 5 star reviews are justified or merely from the already indoctrinated??

courts are currently on vacation and I don’t think they can make the application until early September when they return? I would assume that is why he hasn’t been sent back to prison.

I’m not sure if you’re being funny or not but I do not believe he has any right to temporary release from prison when he is being held in contempt of court.

It gave an opportunity to reflect and allowed wiser counsel to advise him.
Perhaps there was an intervention during the Summer that we don't know about.
If there was it obviously failed.
A side benefit to releasing him is that it freed up a much needed space in Mountjoy.

The journalist should at least have put it to him that he has been sacked, and no longer works there. The journalist should also have corrected him that he's not in jail for his beliefs, he's in jail because he breached an injunction and if he purges his contempt he'd be released. Nobody actually wants to hear him repeat his bottom line about his beliefs, we just want to know why he won't cop on. And if he refuses to answer those simple questions then he shouldn't be given any publicity whatsoever.
What exactly is holding up the dismassal? Its been going on so long ive forgotten where we are with all the specifics.
You'd have to wonder why the appeal against the school boards decision is still live. I don't suppose Mrs Burke has a friend on the board or something?
We don't know.
The school has to arrange the Disciplinary Appeal Panel hearing, and they had a date in July last year but Enoch was successful in winning a (last-minute) injuction against it going ahead.
That injunction was subsequently overturned, but then he was incarcerated again.
WHS may have tried to arrange for the DAP over this summer once he was released, but (I'm speculating here) EB may have made yet another application for some kind of injunction against it happening, which is still pending before the Courts.
One thing the Burkes know how to do, is drag things out and waste Court time.
He rants and raves at High Court judges as does the rest of his cult.

A journalists job is to ask questions not try and unscramble some lunatics broken brain.
The journalist would be wrong to put that to him, hence why they haven’t. The disciplinary process is still ongoing until his appeal is heard. He continues to be in paid employment at the school.
Doubt it.
The final appeal is made up of a representative from the board, the Department, Burke and a member of the Union if he wishes.
Minister Foley was asked about it in February and she gave a non answer.

Surely if he's still getting paid his full salary, then he hasn't been sacked.
It can't be both. He's either still a teacher at the school, or he isn't.
He has been sacked.
However he is entitled to an appeal of that decision by the school.
Until that happens, he is still being paid. And that gives him good reason, to keep fighting to delay it.
I've been thinking that Enoch and Co might, just might, be playing a game here, popping up at WHS in order to be stuck back in prison for breaking the order to stay away from the school and frustrate the separate hearings elsewhere into his dismissal and his appeal against the dismissal by being unable to attend there as he is in Mountjoy. I don't know how it would be possible for Burke to address the hearing unless it was by the method used in addressing his various High Court hearing from Mountjoy prison.
