You can be our pitlane reporter for the weekend 😉
Team Upgrades this weekend . Sauber Stake , Mercedes , Ferrari & Aston Martin did not submit any upgrades .
That's a lot of upgrades for teams thst haven't been working on their cars for a month…
Fp1
apparently Dutch bailiffs have itemised contents of Haas garage , although they will be able to race this weekend. But they won't be able to remove the cars and equipment until they pay back sponsorship to their previous sponsor
I cannot imagine this not having an impact on the mood in the pit . There is also apparently another case with Steiner suing Haas and , i think , Haas suing Steiner
some variation in the conditions! From the start of fp1 to finish. Qualifying will be interesting especially if the rain comes through! Can’t get over how loud they are or how much the wet weather dampened the sound.
Could be a tight race this, meant to be dry for Sunday but lots of drivers were struggling with the windy conditions.
typical Logan..
local time TBC ?
rain getting into the radio mic.
it’s great to have someone who knows what they are talking about.
max went over the pit lane white line.
Perez didn’t get to the flag in time.
To be fair, it's been 4 weeks since a race but the shut down was only 2 weeks for the teams...
Really poor from Sargent here. The faces of the Williams mechanics says it all really.
I assume no quali for him, but he'll be allowed start p20 tomorrow?
Sargeant doing what he does best, sticking it into the wall
Woohoo! Gasly makes it into Q3!
Anybody else here? Hello!?
…no we ve all left, im not even here
Was watching on my phone, so couldn't also post.
Cracking lap from Norris at the end. Fully expect him to finish lap 1 tomorrow in like 4th position though.
Checo did what he needed to do to silence the critics too.
ah we all know checos on borrowed time, the tide will eventually turn there, and it ll be bye bye checo….
He actually did great to secure P5 for tomorrow's race.
Is Danny Ric gone after this season?
You would have to think so. If he isn't beating Yuki it's tough to argue that he should keep a seat ahead of Yuki.
Albon disqualified from qualifying and Hamilton given a 3 place grid penalty for impeding Checo
Brutal day for Williams so.
I assume dq starts behind no time set? So they'll be Sargent p19 and Albon p20?
Ah, Chris Medland has confirmed on twitter that it's a pitlane start for Albon.
penalty for Hamilton too
