Hmmm. Not contradicting you at all, but honestly…. you'd wonder how he COULD get a visa.
And how can he still get a full time salary if in jail? Again it's probably due to lack of conviction for a crime. But contempt of court is serious enough I'd have thought. Madness isn't it?
I've also wondered why fines if imposed are not garnisheed from his salary. Leave him with nothing I say!
But the legally competent will let us know what the reasons are - I hope.
I wouldn't be surprised if there have been other pupils, albeit probably not for very long.
I don't think he has committed any crime yet and having a guaranteed teaching job would probably swing it.

I hope the Board of Education are reviewing the home schooling standards as she should have been stopped long before they were all indoctrinated.

He may be unemployed, but isn't the Irish taxpayer still paying him his full salary? (which includes contributing to his teacher's pension!) On full salary and free board and keep in prison - he's making a fool of the Irish taxpayer. I reckon that his God must be very impressed by his cuteness.

How the hell is this guy ever going to get a teaching job again. No school will ever entertain his application unless it is a super religious private one like the school his mother ran.
That would be easily litigated and go all the way to the high court. He would win and it would make an already difficult situation worse with legitimate claims of persecution.

Jokes aside he's a long term unemployed man who is repeatedly loitering and trespassing around a school that he has no reason to be near and he has already been told to stay away from.
Surely a decent lawyer could frame this as a potential child endangerment/sexual deviancy issue and actually charge him outright and sentence him/strike him off a teaching register (maybe add him to another register) and just end his nonsense.

Its obvious that all of the Burkes don't have the school, its pupils and staff interests at heart, they want to disrupt its educational status and ability to provide education to the pupils. That in itself should be cause for concern in the Dept of Education for it [if it hasn't already] to have a conference with its in-house legal advisors to see what it can do to prevent the Burkes from continuing to impede the education of WHS pupils, and anyone else taking what the Burkes have done to WHS to another school. I see the Burkes ultimate plan now as being to force the closure of the school through Enoch's actions bringing parents to the conclusion it is better to move their children to another school.
The Burkes cant be the only group with the fixed mindset that their reading of religious tracts provide them with just cause to wreck the futures of others. Their toe-hold must not be allowed increase. I exclude the major faith beliefs from my fixed-mind reference as they have "think things through" brains set to the norm one can converse with, even if I disagree with some of their positions.

Back to prison and this time to be put in with the regulars...the state cannot allow this guy to run roughshod over the country or the school.

With all the legal eagles in the family you can be sure he has no assets. His wages are probably being paid as "rent" to mammy.
The parents should set up a rota of standing beside him in outlandish drag or pride themed costumes.
Make him lose his cool so he presents as a risk to children, cart him off and let daddy drive home alone to break the news to mammy.

Avoiding prison is the last thing on the Burke family’s agenda. Their martyrdom must be pure gold in maintaining the interest of their financial backers in the US. At one of the High Court hearings in the Spring, Justice Mark Sanfey asked the school’s reps about going after Burke’s assets. Expect this to be raised again as a means of breaking the logjam. It is utterly ridiculous that their asinine posturing and grandstanding is conducted at the expense of WHS and the taxpayer, as well as wasting a huge amount of expensive and scarce High Court resources. Sequestrating his assets and getting an attachment order over his income would focus his mind and would also be a shot across the family’s bows in terms of the future, making them pause for thought if they had to face cost associated with their actions. As a taxpayer, the Burke’s indulging their Neanderthal opinions at my expense is gone way beyond a joke.
I know if I was a parent of a kid there, I'd be there every day he is. I'm genuinely surprised why they haven't.
I think it's best that everything is reported openly and correctly.

For the life of me I can not understand how they haven't descended on mass at the gates.
We clearly have a deranged individual who has spent nearly a year incarcerated given free roam at a school without a hint of criminal liability.
Absolutely no one can say for certain what he is and isn't capable of. We are supposed to over engineer child safety for a reason.
It's a sick joke the way the justice system have left the school high and dry.
I feel so sorry for them.
Are the new first years afraid of him? I doubt it. Knowing teenagers, he's probably a figure of fun
