It would be nice if the High Court could be persuaded to hear a case against Daddy Burke of assisting Enoch in continuing his contempt of court; ignoring an order of the court to stay away from WHS. Daddy cant expect the court to believe he didn't know what the purpose he and Enoch had in travelling to WHS at the start of the school term. If he engages in assisting Enoch to continue his act of contempt, he's engaging in contempt of court.
It might not be criminal in essence but it damn sure is engaging in deriding the essence of lawful engagement with the courts, judicial orders and lawful rulings. It might be time to take the assistance the family are providing Enoch into account when it come to levying fines and the legal costs the Burkes actions are costing the state and the taxpayers.

The novel is called Rita Hayworth and the LambShawshank Redemption so yes she was the original poster. However, Andy Dufresne was in prison for about 20 years, by the time he makes his escape he has Racquel Welsh covering the escape hole.
At one point he also had Marilyn Munroe. It is alluded to by Red that he had multiple posters during his time in Shawshank prison.

I think prison is the only option. The fines haven't worked and the family are a bunch of religious extremist loons so it looks like they are simply never going to back down.
I thought there was a slim chance that Enoch and the family could save face by saying" I have made my point and I am going to continue this fight for what's right from my home in Mayo" yadaa yadda.
What alternative is there to prison? Nothing else will work at the moment. And he won't back down, he could go to his grave doing this endless pointless cycle.
They should make a sequel with Enoch Burke as the Andy Dufresne character, replace the posters with religious ones and a crucifix instead of a rock hammer.
