To be absolutely fair anyone with who has heard the mother screaming at recording devices/politicians/court servants would think a day driving up to sit around in peace or indeed a few months back in mountjoy would be preferable to staying home for the day.

yes and as a parent, it's a complete pain in the arse. A couple of hours on one day for one year, then a couple of hours on another day for another year, then a couple of days with nothing, then they're both back for a full day… it's not even the last week of August yet, ffs 😠

If he wasn't arrested today he probably will tomorrow morning. Because afair one of the conditions for him being released a few months ago was to stay away from the school.
He was inside the building according to the Indo. First year boarders getting an induction day. If 12 and 13 year olds weren’t frightened enough at being away from home, this goon was stalking the halls to add to it.
The school will have to go back to court to seek to have him taken back into custody for ignoring the High Court injunction.
