    Same for me. Go to top of queue, had 10-15 gos at searching for tickets (none, not even when I reduced to one ticket), then was kicked out. Now back in queue, but have been dropped from it several times.

    Back in and 8851 ahead of me. The queue is dropping fast, I think a lot of people are being bumped out.

    So frustrating - in since 9:00am.

    Made the mistake of joining the standard queue, naively thinking it would give me the option to choose a drop down for 3+ loyalty ticket when I got to the top. Made my way from 11000 to the top only for there to be no option for loyalty and then it said that there were no available tickets anyway (this was at about 9:50). Tried clicking through from email link and I ended up back at the end of the general queue at 46000. Have no faith at all that I will get sorted. What an absolute mess.

    That is ****. I got to top of queue using link and was an option to enter the code. Bit of scare when said something went wrong but hit again and worked. Just got now so hang in there

    absolute bull****, was in normal queue at 9am and couldn’t insert loyalty code, eventually got in now and tickets gone. I swear there was never a queue for loyalty before?

    I started at 19,500, I just got to the top of the queue and it threw me back to the 'Join the queue' prompt; When I did I was 1 in the queue and managed to get in and input my Loyalty code and get my ticket. Doing it on the browser rather than the App.

    Yes, it is always delivery by courier. But €35…. Its not a 10kg parcel they are sending out..

    The loyalty code appears to only work when buying full-price tickets. I joined the queue for installment tickets and then tried using my loyalty code when tickets became available, but was told that the code didn't work for these type of tickets. Very annoying - paid full whack but at least I got the tickets.

    Logged on at about 08:55, (loyalty 3+), got stuck in a queue wit 25000+ ahead of me, stuck there for over an hour and whether I went directly through the link or the app I was bounced to a web based queue.

    Finally got to the room of the queue and no availability.

    It seemed to be way more convoluted this year than before.

    lads I just went back in on a desktop through the link in the loyalty email.

    Rejoined the queue - said 20k in front of me, was through in about 2 mins max and the two tickets are available for me.

    Got the camper pass anyway, happy out, will worry about the weekend ticket next September!

    I just secured 2 loyalty tickets. I was about 40k in the queue about 10 mins ago with no hope. Anyway keep trying until they confirm it's sold out.

    Went via email link at 8.45, got through at 10.10 to buy ticket and then it wanted me to fill in a non-existent captcha and kicked me out. Had all my usual extensions disabled so not sure what the problem was. I'm not gonna waste any more of my day on it anyways!

    Well, that went from 0-100 instantly, was merrily sitting at about 25,000 ahead in queue and then boom! straight to "it's your turn", got a single loyalty ticket and done.

    if i go is a different issue but i has a ticket.

    stayed in q for Loyalty 3+ allthough i had standard tickets. Already in the bag from a friend, but got the loyalty 3+ €472 for 2 including fees. at 10:15, patience paid off, but i have never taken an hour & 15minutes to get tickets.

    After trying phone with no sucess, switched to laptop and used link in loyalty code mail. Got through q in 15mins and got 2 loyalty ticketa 471euro all in w fees. That was at 10.30…..keep trying! ps had to refresh a couple of times when got " no connection message "

    It seemed very ad hoc, was on 2 accounts and 2 devices. Sometimes link in mail brought me to end of general queue and then sometimes straight front of queue with option to put in loyalty code. Had to have faith and leave the queue position and keep trying a few times. I suspect clearing cache would help in subsequent attempts.
