[HSE Workers] Has anyone done the Clerical Administration Development Programme?

Hi all, so I'm currently working as a Grade III for the HSE and I've been asked to do the above course. If you have/haven't done this course, you're required to present a service improvement initiative presentation for your sector on the last day but I haven't a clue what to do. With the job I'm in, I basically do data entry all of the time so what am I supposed to come up with? If you've done this before, please give me some idea of what I could do for it. Thanks!

I am currently doing this in the place where i work ( Department Social Protection) . Nobody ever gave me clarification why I was asked to do this and does this help you out towards getting pernament position ?

I did it and found it really interesting. There is a bit of work involved and yes there's a presentation at the end but it was a nice atmosphere and it was great to interact with other admin staff from around the country.
