Look at the virtual tour, it's like a maze trying to find your way around.
Maybe changing the white windows would tone it down a bit.
I've seen worse places in fairness.
It does need new windows, that foyer hallway and stairs ripped out, that awful brick island in the kitchen, complete redecoration …
Going back to the earlier conversation, an empty house will always look more depressing, but this one is on a different level.
Just did that, and yes, they have a desk set up in the hallway ?!? That strikes me as odd, when they have so many bedrooms!
I wouldn't want two ensuites in the master either. Seems excessive.
I'd have one big en-suite, with bath and shower, double vanity, and a dressing room beside it, and the current dressing room could potentially be used for something else. Maybe a study!
that entrance hallway has a leisure centre vibe
just reading the first few paragraphs of the description by the estate agent had me wanting to vomit. They have no shame.
what are all the links in posts to forumofgames?
I almost clicked for a look when someone said it was depressing but curiosity got the better of me with your post.
Somehow ye have both managed to describe it well, it's like a house that was built with leftover spare parts or something.
i've just noticed the four provinces crest carving on the floor tiles, must have been leftover from a clubhouse somewhere
It's a weird looking place, the floor looks warped in photo 12. Usually when I see a big hot tub I think positive things but for some reason nothing feels right about that house.
It reminds me of a package holiday apartment building, I don't know how anyone could think it was a good idea for a home.
Another website that's an offshoot of the forum of games here. It was set up because Vanilla didn't accommodate games here.
Oh I enjoyed scrolling through the photos there. I'm never going to be buying anything like that 😁 but I love something that is pleasant to go through.
What is the purpose of pics 18 and 19? is it to demonstrate what a door is? And where is there a fireplace in the corner of a room?
The Waterford house was on before I think. Main problem to me is it is in the nether end of nowhere, you have to go north or south to get to anywhere west.
Psh, that's not a safe room; that's just where the guns go. Well, as many of them as will fit, anyhow; the surplus can go in the garage and/or random closets.
His and hers level: Trial separation delayed by rental crisis.
(with apologies to Kate Wagner…)
Everything looks normal until….
swoon….
Bizarre choice of colours.
I think I would prefer no dishwasher rather than have a dishwasher which blocks the back door! They should have at least removed the dishwasher while trying to sell. It looks very out of place and immediately tells the buyer that the kitchen is too small.
Okay, the current decor and furnishings are woeful.
But if we look beyond that, and it could make a nice home with the right re-decoration and furnishings… Its a decent size.
I didn't notice the dishwasher. Best thing is to rip out the kitchen, block up part of the back door to change it to a window, remove the arch to the dining area and install a new kitchen along that wall with the door at the end near or in the dining area depending on how many cupboards you want.
The vendor has bizarre taste, but it's a fine house with decent driveway, good sized front and back gardens and a B3 BER.
Love this, even if its a bit heavy on the blue / grey palette.
Trampoline too.
yes! I’d have to do a few tweaks!!
OMG.
If you're going to pinkify the place, then you should go full hog like the dolls house in New Jersey.
I do too, the price is often the last thing I look at, if at all!
What the hell is this? The weirdest pic 1 on a daft ad I've seen in a long time

Is anyone else getting this message on Daft.ie? I never had to sign up for an account to look before…?!?
Okay, ignore. Its gone now. Don't know what that was….
