Hi everyone, would anyone have a recommendation for an eSim for Canada and the US? There seem to be so many options out there. If somebody used one recently and it worked out ok I'd love to know thanks!
Used gomo world recently, two weeks, €20 for 30gb. Connected to wifi where available (practically everywhere), lot of driving using maps, kids tethering off mine, came back with 6gb unused (now expired). great speeds. very happy with it.
Did a few weeks traveling round America this year with this Sim. Worked great

if you want something a bit chunkier, mint do an eSIM with a phone number but I think it’s a min of 3 months
I used Airalo in NYC a few weeks ago for a week and it worked really well. I however way over estimated the amount of data I'd need as purchased 20GB ($26) and used less than 1GB for the 5 days.
If you're doing both Canada and the US, you definitely want a provider that has good roaming agreements with carriers like Rogers or AT&T so you aren't stuck on 3G. I ran some speed tests on Maaltalk while traveling through a few different states and the latency was actually low enough for video calls. The activation is handled via QR code which is standard, but their app also has some decent usage tracking if you're worried about hitting your data cap early.
Used the TMobile esim linked above in Florida working flawlessly 5G most of the time and no issue with hot spotting another phone, recommended.
Was in US last month and used the Revolut eSim. Worked flawlessly and was very reasonably priced for incoming calls/data bundles
+1 for the revolut esim. Was in Canada in October and worked perfectly.
How much is the Revolut esim?
Airalo had one that worked perfect there few months ago
Varies by data allowance. I paid €3.50 for 1GB on a 7-day plan, as I only used it for incoming calls and checking email (light usage). The 3GB bundle was about €8 for 7 days. There are 5/10/20/50 GB bundles available, but unless you're in the US for several weeks, they're probably overkill.
Saily worked fine for me in the USA last October. I'll use it again this Summer.
I used 6gb in New York last week in 5 days 😂
