I ordered off the main page, no pre-configured vehicles there when I ordered.
I think positron and myself have paid in full, that might be part of the reason? I have no idea just seems to be the only potential difference from what I can see.

Yes it matters how you ordered. Preconfigured cars are those that are about to be delivered but unallocated (most likely a car that was allocated where customer cancels for whatever reason). One might think that these would be assigned to those next in line …but that would be incorrect…the cars go straight to Inventory (Preconfigured) and are available to anyone. Whether you pay in full has NOTHING to do with being offered earlier delivery. Tesla will reach out to offer delivery slot when a car is available (usually about 1-2 weeks in advance)
ah yes, I think there was a period where everything was gone, with their 20k kms free supercharging offer, and the threat of anti-China tariffs coming in etc.
So what happens now when you (eventually) get the car, would you still get the 20k kms supercharging, or would you get the 0.99% option instead?
20K free miles was conditional on taking delivery by 30th June (Tesla will not extend this into July).
The 20k km supercharging was for deliveries before end of June, so that has expired.
We aren't financing the car so the 0.99% is no benefit to me.
So there are no offers for us.
I saw 3 full car transporter loads of new Model 3 s on the M50 today ,plenty of coloured ones .
Ordered 2nd July M3 White RWD , no trade in , paid in full . Collecting 15th Aug.. Cant wait …

There are going to be so many white Model 3s everywhere by the end of summer, it's going to be like the VW Golf. :D
At least there were a few different colors of golf.
Has anyone ever had any experience in buying a demo from Tesla. They had a black M3 Highland with white seats with 3,000km on the clock. Its doesnt qualify for the grant and Tesla are only taking 3k off the price. Seems like its not a great deal but the wait for something to come into stock could be a while?

The demo pricing is really poor vs new . The impression I got was that they were selling to buyers that were not entitled to the grant such as corporates.
What condition was it in, have you had any problems with it?
Perfect. Car was like brand new. Filthy dirty but they gave me €100 to get it valeted at a detailer of my choice. Straight to Flawless Detailing with it. That was the only bad experience of the pick up unfortunately.
No issues other than rear light condensation which were replaced.
Put it up for sale 2 weeks ago and it’s now sold. Buyer commented on its condition compared to others they looked at.

Transfer the car to you through the Tesla app. You accept ownership. No need to touch log book etc
You add AB using your credits. Once updated and running then transfer back through the Tesla app.
That used to work for free SuC limited to one owner too, you also had to setup a new email account in parallel

I know its a crystal ball question but if somebody was to order a base model 3 rwd white what are the odds that you would get it before September 30th based on previous history.
At a guess I would say fairly high chance. But being Tesla, who knows..🙂
Also keep a watch out on the inventory available.
If you want one then order one now, if it does not arrive in time you can cancel and get your money back, the advantage of ordering now is you are in the queue for cancellations (there are always cancellations) and you lock in on the price (if the price goes up Tesla will give you the lower price you ordered at, if the price goes down then Tesla will lower your price to match)
Are you sure they won't try and keep the deposit?

I'm waiting since May 1st for a black RWD from Cork. They must surely have a black car coming in at this stage so I don't know what's going with them. There seems to be no logic to who's getting cars at this stage.
