Outdoor covered patio and seating. I’d say they were in that back garden morning, noon and night making a racket. The neighbours must’ve been dancing when they saw the for sale sign go up!
What $85m buys you in Upper West Side Manhattan.

That's amazing, nearly 20,000 sqf. The master bedroom suite is 2000 sqf, that's much bigger than my whole house!
Did you see the section that showed monthly taxes? 😮
That is really nice!
Thats a lovely house. OK its 85m, its out of reach if its half a million so it doesn't really matter. And its a showroom house, but it looks livable and comfortable as far as these vast houses go.
The double height living room is fantastic.
I liked the little cottage that was there before it. too much grass to cut here. Also too near cows at the rear. lemonfields is a nice address but a bit of a ghetto for the rich
That really is gorgeous.
And it has a private elevator. 👍️

This is…unique
I didn't like it on first look, but a lot of that is down to the very peculiar camera angles and lenses that distort the rooms. If you look at the 3d tour it makes a lot more sense.
Some of the decor is a bit out there but on the whole I like it, and for a 2 bed house in Dublin with a C1 BER the price seems very approachable, I wonder if it will go for that.
That's really cool. Some of the decor is really nice. I love the operating theatre light!
I'd love to see that house in the evening with the various lights on. I'm always impressed by houses that are so unique, my house is fairly bland in comparison 😄
That's amazing, I wonder who designed it? The bath and shower being combined in a separate wet room area is a great idea.
And what genius knew this was a good idea?
The only thing I don't like is the pink bedroom, both the paint colour and the LED strip lighting, but that's easily changed. The blue bedroom is an office in the 3D walk through.
That will go way over asking price given the finish and location.
Is that a dentist / surgical light over the sofa? And I'd feel like that plant was trying to eat me….
Dusting those bookshelves must be a nightmare….
I've just realised the blue bedroom has a pull down bed, great use of space.
Same here. I think I have zero imagination or flair for decorating when I see something like that. 😁
Very nice to browse through, I must say.
And a nice, handy mirror above the bed too. 😄
Yeah, that did confuse me when I thought it was just a home office. Perfect for all your kinky friends! 😆
Or if you actually want to read one of the books on the higher shelves….
I'd be worried it would fly back up when I was asleep if I rolled over, or something!
Probably irrational, but not everything is!
Then, imagine waking up, turning over and the first thing you see is this face grinning at you:
😶
You'd buy an empty house though!
I think it would be perfect for a young couple or downsizers who want easy access to the city centre and M7, M50/M1.
Kitchen and floorplan are difficult to change though, and the use of glass blocks throughout.
It wouldn't appeal to me at all, but then, if we all had the same tastes in houses it would be a boring thread!
saw this earlier, thought it was beautiful

A2 rated as well, its gorgeous. There will be a bidding war for that.
Might be too isolated for a bidding war, it looks miles from anywhere
Miles from anywhere sounds perfect to me.
I agree it's in the back end of no where. Long drive needed just to do weekly shopping or maybe monthly if drive is really bad.
I honestly think it's over priced. There isn't even kitchen counters in it.
I was thinking of some rich people looking at it as a hidden bolthole away from everything, it wouldn't be their primary residence.
WWaS this one here before? Very expensive
