When you're dealing with Trump worshippers and MAGA cultists it's impossible to reach them with anything approaching a logical argument or point. The only thing that matters to them is the story they'll concoct in their head. Fact and truth can be damned and routinely are. You've moved the goalposts now. Before it was that you couldn't make bombs without explosives training. While not remote, they had timed bombs. There's not a huge difference between that and a phone call acting as an initiator. They're both triggers that do the same thing. So no, somebody would not need explosives training or to be gifted. This is just something you've invented to push a particular conspiracy.
