He seemed to recover remarkably quickly for a man that was shot at the side of the face. I'm not saying that this is the case, but i honestly wouldn't be surprised if this was staged!
Why does this feel like a false flag attack to me with Trump cutting his own ear or fake blood……. something smells off with this, in a way to drive an agenda.

I still think it could make the difference. You can bet your bottom dollar that he will be using this incident along with the court cases against him right the way up to election day to show how they tried to take him down first through the courts then they tried to assassinate him. This will be milked all the way..
Sounded like 3 shots initially. Then a flurry of shots from other guns. Then a few seconds later one final shot.
My bet is the shooter got off 3 shots before the secret service and police responded and they didn't miss.

No, he was walking. The USSS were all but hugging him from all over s as a human shield. It's kindof hard to walk when you've got people pressing against you from all sides.
Possibly the person who fired the shots in question. Secret service wouldn't be too long taking them out.

Sounded like a conventional firearm to me, especially compared to the volley which I presume was the police fire going back the other way and as air rifles go, it's a good rate of fire. Remember, the sound is from a distance, and it's an open-air event so there's no 'confinement' effect.
The other thing is that normally to get close to a presidential event, one has to go through metal detectors, so there may be some distance involved. In any case, I guess we'll find out the details in time.

I think initial speculation was hoping this was an amateurish low caliber / airsoft incident but it was possibly the real deal. Trump is very lucky.
